台北信義區最有名的莫過於台北101了。但除了這裡有著曾經的世界第一高樓外，這個區域也有聚集了非常多的精品店、特色餐廳、街頭藝人以及高檔的酒吧，也難怪當夜幕將近，許多喜愛夜生活的遊客會聚集在此。而在經過一整天逛街後，通常都會又累又餓。不過別擔心，信義區有各式各樣的餐廳可以供您飽餐一頓。無論是道地的泰式料理，甚至是夏威夷菜，您都能在信義區裡找得到，也絕對不會讓您敗興而歸。那麼既然有那麼多的餐廳，該怎麼做選擇呢？在這篇文章裡，我會推薦個人吃過覺得不錯的九間餐廳提供給大家做參考。
GOOD CHO'S 好丘

This well-known restaurant has several locations throughout the city, all of which are extremely popular. Their signature bagels and savory pancakes make this place a must for anyone who is after a light brunch. The salads here are also very popular with each prepared to order. This is one of the healthier options in the area and one that vegans can also enjoy.
好丘在台北市有非常多的分店，無論是哪一間分店，生意都相當地好。這裡最出名的莫過於貝果和鬆餅，所以對於喜愛吃輕食的人來說，好丘是絕對不能錯過的地方。除了這兩個品項外，有很多來好丘用餐的人都會點沙拉，也就是說如果您有吃蔬食或是口味清淡的話，那麼來好丘就對了。

DING XIANG 頂鮮101美食美景餐廳
Located on the 86th floor of Taipei 101, dining at Ding Xiang is an experience diners will never forget. It’s a fine dining establishment, which means that it’s not cheap, but the quality of the food is second to none. Be advised though that they only take reservations and that it can take quite a while to get a table. The food is traditional Taiwanese and Chinese cuisine, and to say the menu is extensive would be an understatement. Tables by the window are more expensive, so bear that in mind when booking.
頂鮮101美食美景餐廳是位於台北101的86樓的餐廳，雖然在這裡正是一間精緻餐飲(fine dining)，用餐的價格的確不斐，但是這裡的食物品質無人能出其右。正因為食物太好吃了，我會建議再來這邊用餐前，先訂個位子會比較保險。
頂鮮提供的是傳統台菜及中菜，但如果只是說這邊的菜色相當地多元，那可能還低估了它呢。最後一個提醒：相信有很多人喜愛坐在窗邊用餐，尤其是在台北101用餐的時候，絕對是個難忘的體驗，但是在頂鮮訂位的時候請注意，窗邊的價位會比較高喔。

JOYCE EAST - 紅廚

This fine-dining establishment prides itself on serving high-quality dishes, with a focus on fresh and healthy ingredients. Diners can opt for one of the set meals, with main course options such as prime New York-style steak, lamb shanks, or seafood pasta. The restaurant’s service is first-rate, with items such as roast beef served table-side. Anyone seeking something a bit lighter can swing by during afternoon tea and sample the restaurant’s pastries, quiches, and assortment of hot beverages.
自2005年開幕以來，Joyce East 紅廚一直是觀光客來信義區吃法菜的首選。這間法國餐廳提供的餐點除了美味外，更強調使用新鮮兼具健康的食材。這邊的菜單都是以套餐為主，您可以搭配像是紐約客牛排、小羊排或是海鮮義大利麵等等的主菜。除了五味俱全的食物品項，紅廚的服務也是一流的，像是烤牛肉這樣的桌邊服務我就非常喜歡。另外，如果不想要吃那麼多的食物，紅廚也有提供下午茶、法式鹹派還有各式各樣的熱飲喔。

HALEAKALA 夏威夷酒吧餐廳
Haleakala is a Hawaiian-style restaurant located in the high-end Bellavita shopping mall. Named after one of Hawaii’s famous volcanoes, the restaurant is sleek and modern, with colorful hibiscus flowers and fruit adding vibrancy to the space. Diners can choose from a range of dishes, with options including Maui mini-burgers, quesadillas, seafood dishes, and appetizer platters. After dinner, guests can linger and enjoy a fruity cocktail for the complete Hawaiian experience.
HALEAKALA是位於Bellavita的一間夏威夷餐廳，而餐廳的名字之所以要稱為"HALEAKALA"，是因為它正是夏威夷當地最有名的一座火山。這裡有著極具熱帶風情的裝潢、五顏六色的花以及水果，所以來這邊用餐就像身處在夏威夷一樣。那麼來到這裡用餐時，您可以有相當多的選擇，像是茂宜島風味的小漢堡、墨西哥煎餅、海鮮料理與各式的開胃菜，絕對能讓您大飽口福的。另外，在用完餐後，別忘了要點杯雞尾酒，才算是一個完整的用餐體驗喔。

For a truly authentic Korean barbecue experience there’s no place quite like Meat Love. The obvious specialty here is the high-quality choice cut meats and the experience of having your waiter grill your meat at the table. It’s got a great atmosphere, with a lively staff and a crowd that really seems to enjoy the energy of the place. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and even better is the fact that it’s open late.
如果在台北想要吃到韓國道地的烤肉，那麼就絕對不能錯過Meat Love橡木炭火韓國烤肉。這裡最有名的莫過於高品質的烤肉片以及桌邊服務。在這裡除了美味的烤肉外，它的品質良好的服務搭配著平實的價位，能讓您有放鬆享用的感覺。我個人認為，最棒的莫過於它的營業時間了，相信對於喜愛夜生活或是想下班聚餐的人來說絕對是一大福音。

There are many Italian restaurants in the city, but few can live up to the standards of this exceptional restaurant. From pizza to pasta, the menu is extensive and include all the timeless classics. Book early to avoid disappointment though, as this place is incredibly popular.
雖然信義區有非常多好吃的義式餐廳，但到目前為止，我個人覺得Osteria Amici Miei是最棒的。因為沒有一間義式餐廳比它來得更道地，從披薩到義大利麵，道道經典，就像是身處於義大利當地的餐廳一樣，讓我不禁回想起過去在義大利旅居的日子呢。簡單來說，根據之前每次用餐座無虛席的經驗，在這裡要提醒一下大家，記得來用餐前別忘了要事前訂位呀。

Despite its rather interesting name, French Windows is, in fact, a modern British restaurant serving up some of the finest international cuisine in Taipei. There’s a definite Italian influence to the menu, with their black truffle risotto being one of the most popular dishes. Customers regularly comment on the high level of service the staff offer, with everyone welcomed as an old friend. It’s definitely worth a visit on your next trip to Taipei.
儘管琺蘭綺瑥朵茶餐館的英文名字是"法國之窗"，但這家店其實是一間現代的英式餐廳。它提供了雜揉各國元素的英國菜，例如本店最受客人喜愛的黑松露燉飯，正是主廚從義大利菜衍伸出來的料理。除了結合各家風味的菜色外，琺蘭綺的服務也相當到位，這裡的員工看到客人就像是見到老朋友一樣地親切。所以說下次來台北玩的時候，記得把它排進行程裡呀，保證您絕對不會後悔。

🔍French Windows琺蘭綺瑥朵茶餐館
AWESOME BURGER 澳森漢堡
It’s a big name to live up to, but Awesome Burger does it with gusto. This is one of the most popular spots in the city to get a burger, and there are a lot of burger spots in Taipei. Awesome Burger’s menu consists of all the classics, but each is cooked to perfection. With succulent meats and the perfect dressing, regulars at this burger joint say they’ll never eat a burger anywhere else. The décor is kitschy and cool, while the staff are super friendly.
當第一次看到店名的時候，就覺得這間店的老闆實在是太狂妄了(編按：英文店名是表示這是最棒的漢堡)，但在用完餐後才發現原來是自己錯了。儘管台北市有非常多的美式漢堡店，但就以我吃過的店家來說，澳森漢堡絕對配得上它的店名。那麼相信很多人會問，為什麼會那麼推薦澳森漢堡？這間店主要提供的其實都是那些常見的漢堡，但是每一樣的味道都相當地到位：多到滿出來的漢堡肉還有吮指的醬料，讓我邊寫著文章的時候，就邊流了好多口水呢。
